Biographical history

Midwood was employed as a draughtsman by the Public Works Department, but was better known for his caricatures in the Tasmanian Mail and the Critic. He had also spent some years in the U.S.A. and Honolulu, and toured as a guitarist with a musical show in the U.S.A. Bequeathed to University of Tasmania by E.E. Midwood, son of T.C.W. Midwood in 1972.
